COVID-19 Update

We offer telephone and video consultations, where appropriate. You can choose this option during your booking.

We remain open and offer face to face consultations.

Please let us know if you have any of the following symptoms before entering:

• Sore throat
• Cough
• Fever
• Cold/flu like symptoms
• Shortness of breath

In these cases, we will offer you a telehealth consultation.

If you would like to be tested for COVID-19, you can phone: Shailer Park Respiratory Clinic at 07 3445 4050 and have a test at no cost.

Patient that had a negative COVID test and still have flu symptoms, can come if for a consultation. These patients will be given a mask to wear and will be asked to remain in their cars until the time of their consultation.

We have hand sanitizer available in all rooms and at the front desk for patients use.

We are mindful of social distancing and have spaced the chairs in the waiting room as such. Flow of patients are also regulated for this purpose. We have erected Perspex shields at reception.

Chairs and surfaces are regularly cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
